Sharon joins AMI Global Assistance (AMI-GA) with more than 20 years of experience across a variety of roles, including operations, client management, customer service, complaint resolution, and auditing.
Previously serving as Corporate Operations Manager for Healix International LTD, Sharon leveraged her extensive experience in the health, travel and risk management space. She built high-performing teams to execute complex and high-profile evacuations, led the creation of new Internal Quality Audit Programmes and implemented cost containment processes of high value claims for an average cost reduction of 50%.
As a senior business leader, Sharon has always believed in the continuous development of colleagues. In her previous roles, she prioritized ongoing training and coaching resources for her staff in order to raise the quality of work and service levels for clients. Most importantly, Sharon has a passion for developing future leaders who are motivated and focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
As Operations Manager of AMI-GA’s London office, Sharon is responsible for leading a team to oversee exceptional service delivery in travel risk management and international assistance services for global leaders, business travelers and local nationals worldwide.
